About the Company

DevYash Projects & Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. is a leading construction and infrastructure company delivering high-quality civil and infrastructure projects across Delhi NCR. We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Head Accountant to lead our finance and accounts department, ensuring financial accuracy, statutory compliance, and strategic financial planning.

Position: Senior Head Accountant

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing finance and accounting operations within the construction or infrastructure industry. The role requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and expertise in taxation, statutory compliance, project accounting, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise the Accounts & Finance Department.
- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and Bank Reconciliation.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Manage project-wise accounting, budgeting, cost control, and profitability analysis.
- Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, Labour Laws, and other statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with statutory auditors, internal auditors, tax consultants, banks, and government authorities.
- Monitor cash flow, fund management, and working capital requirements.
- Prepare MIS reports,



financial forecasts, and management reports for senior leadership.
- Review contracts, purchase orders, vendor payments, and subcontractor billing from a financial perspective.
- Implement and strengthen internal financial controls, accounting policies, and SOPs.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of financial records and compliance with applicable accounting standards.
- Guide and mentor the accounts team while driving process improvements.

Eligibility Criteria

- B.Com is mandatory.
- CA / CA Inter / CMA / M.Com / MBA (Finance) will be preferred.
- 10–15 years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Prior experience in the construction, EPC, infrastructure, or real estate industry is highly preferred.
- Robust knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC compliance, Project Accounting, Cost Accounting, Payroll, and Financial Reporting.
- Proficiency in Tally Prime, Busy, ERP Systems, Advanced MS Excel, and accounting software.
- Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and decision-making skills.

Preferred Skills

- Expertise in project costing and contract accounting.
- Knowledge of tender accounting and infrastructure project finance.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and financial deadlines.
- Strong understanding of statutory audits and financial compliance.
- Experience in ERP implementation or process automation is an added advantage.
