Job Title: Inbound Sales Manager

DevOptiv Global Services Private Limited is looking for a motivated Inbound Sales Manager to handle inbound sales inquiries, convert leads into business opportunities, and build strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound sales inquiries and qualify leads.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable IT solutions.
- Conduct sales calls and client meetings.
- Convert leads into business opportunities.
- Maintain CRM records and sales reports.
- Achieve sales targets and build long-term client relationships.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- B.Tech/BCA + MBA preferred.
- Minimum 2.5 years of experience in Domestic & International Sales.
- Robust communication, negotiation, and client handling skills.
- Experience in IT Services or B2B Sales is an added advantage.
