- 1–5 years of experience in Collections, Recovery, or Accounts Receivable.
- Experience handling DPD buckets (1–30, 31–60, 61–90, and 90+ DPD).
- Experience in tele-calling/collection calls and customer follow-ups for overdue payments.
- Ability to achieve collection targets and resolve customer payment issues effectively.
- DRA Certification will be an added advantage.
