Function both as an individual contributer and program manager of a team of project managers Partner with colleagues across CCB to plan and manage a variety of tactical and strategic projects and change initiatives Work with Front Office, Due Diligence, and Global Financial Crimes Compliance teams to support our initiatives Assist Program Managers as needed related to overall portfolio delivery Responsible for executing policies and procedures Drive “Right First Time” performance and provide feedback to support maintain and improving standards Provide and training and coaching support in KYC methodology to increase awareness throughout the KYC Team Champion the delivery of what the Customer/Client & the Business wants to become the Go-To—Bank,
