- Continuously update knowledge on platform capabilities to enhance application design and implementation.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
- Participate in code reviews and testing activities to ensure quality and adherence to standards.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Pega Platform.
- Strong understanding of application design principles and business process modeling.
- Experience in configuring and customizing software applications to meet client requirements.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within the platform environment.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and team members.
