Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Warehouse Executive (Logistics) to manage outbound logistics operations and ensure timely, accurate, and cost-effective dispatches. The ideal candidate will coordinate with courier partners, monitor shipments, resolve delivery issues, and maintain logistics-related records while ensuring a seamless customer delivery experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate daily order dispatches with courier and transport partners.
- Plan and schedule shipments to ensure timely deliveries.
- Track shipments and proactively resolve delivery delays or exceptions.
- Manage courier escalations, RTO (Return to Origin), NDR (Non-Delivery Report), and lost shipment cases.
- Prepare shipping documents, invoices, manifests, and dispatch records.
- Coordinate with warehouse, customer support, and sales teams for smooth order fulfillment.
- Monitor courier performance, delivery timelines, and logistics costs.
- Ensure accurate inventory movement during dispatch and returns.




- Maintain logistics MIS reports and update shipment status in the ERP/WMS.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and safety standards.

Required Skills

- Good understanding of warehouse and logistics operations.
- Knowledge of courier aggregators, transport management, and shipping processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel ( Vlookup, Pivot, SUMIF etc.) and ERP/WMS software.
- Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

- Any Graduate.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse logistics, dispatch, or e-commerce operations.
- Experience with D2C, retail, or e-commerce logistics will be preferred.
- Pivot, Vlookup

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
