About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Meta Ads Specialist who has hands-on experience in planning, executing, and optimizing Facebook & Instagram advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of audience targeting, campaign optimization, lead generation, and performance marketing.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, create, and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
- Develop lead generation, traffic, engagement, and conversion campaigns.
- Research and define target audiences using Meta Ads Manager.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize ads to improve ROI.
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, placements, and ad copies.
- Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports with actionable insights.
- Manage advertising budgets efficiently to maximize campaign performance.
- Implement Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and event tracking where required.
- Coordinate with the creative team for high-converting ad creatives and landing pages.




- Stay updated with Meta advertising policies, algorithm changes, and industry trends.

Required Skills

- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager.
- Valuable understanding of campaign objectives, audience targeting, and retargeting strategies.
- Knowledge of Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and event tracking.
- Ability to analyze campaign metrics such as CPC, CPM, CTR, CPL, CPA, and ROAS.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Certification in Meta Blueprint is an added advantage.
- Experience in lead generation and performance marketing preferred.
