Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate customer enquiries, quotations, purchase orders, and project documentation.
- Schedule service engineers and coordinate service assignments.
- Liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal teams across multiple countries.
- Monitor project timelines and ensure timely execution.
- Prepare reports and maintain accurate operational records.
- Support process improvements and take ownership of assigned projects.

What We're Looking For

- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Maritime, or a related field.




- 2–3 years' experience in operations, project coordination, customer support, logistics, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ERP/CRM experience is an advantage.
- Maritime industry experience is preferred but not essential.
