Position Overview

We are looking for a highly creative and smart Graphic Designer who combines exceptional design skills with modern AI-powered creative tools. The ideal candidate understands branding, visual storytelling, user psychology, and marketing while leveraging AI to improve creativity, speed, and productivity.

This role requires someone who can think beyond aesthetics, create designs that drive engagement, and continuously explore emerging AI technologies to produce high-quality creative assets across multiple digital platforms.

Key ResponsibilitiesCreative Design

- Design engaging creatives for social media, digital advertising, websites, email campaigns, presentations, and marketing materials.
- Develop visual concepts aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Create brochures, banners, infographics, pitch decks, corporate presentations, and promotional assets.
- Design compelling creatives for Meta, Google, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Produce high-quality print designs including brochures, standees, flyers, packaging, and branding materials.

AI-Powered Design

- Utilize AI design tools to improve creativity, efficiency, and workflow.




- Generate creative concepts using AI platforms while refining outputs through professional design expertise.
- Stay updated with the latest AI-powered design trends and integrate them into daily workflows.
- Optimize creative production through AI-assisted image generation, mockups, and concept development.

Branding & Visual Identity

- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels.
- Create brand identity elements including logos, typography systems, color palettes, and brand guidelines.
- Translate business goals into impactful visual communication.

Collaboration

- Work closely with marketing, content, performance marketing, SEO, and web development teams.
- Understand campaign objectives and convert ideas into visually compelling creatives.
- Present design concepts and incorporate feedback effectively.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field.
- 2–4 years of professional graphic design experience.
- Strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital creatives, advertising campaigns, and marketing collateral.
- Experience working in a digital marketing agency is highly preferred.
