Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Maintain, organize, and update patient medical records accurately in physical and electronic formats.
- Retrieve, verify, and process inpatient and outpatient medical records while ensuring timely completion of documentation.
- Ensure proper ICD/CPT coding support, record indexing, scanning, filing, and archiving as per hospital standards.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information and ensure compliance with NABH, legal, and hospital documentation policies.
- Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, and other departments for record completion and perform other duties assigned by the HOD.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Qualification: Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Medical Record Technology (BMRT / DMRT) or any relevant allied health science qualification.
- Experience:



Freshers to 1 year of experience can apply.
- Basic knowledge of medical records management, medical terminology, ICD coding, and hospital documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Hospital Information Systems (HIS) is preferred.
- Good communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
