Job Summary

Ecostan India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced ERP Executive with strong hands-on experience in ERP software and good knowledge of business processes. The ideal candidate should have practical working experience with Odoo, SAP, or Oracle and be capable of managing day-to-day ERP operations, supporting users, maintaining data accuracy, and coordinating with different departments.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day ERP operations and ensure smooth system functioning.
- Handle ERP transactions, data entry, and master data management.
- Provide support to users from different departments for ERP-related issues.
- Monitor ERP data and ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Sales, Stores, Accounts, and other departments for ERP-related activities.
- Identify system/process issues and coordinate with the ERP support team or vendor for resolution.
- Generate and maintain ERP-based reports and MIS.
- Assist in improving and streamlining ERP processes.
- Monitor proper use of ERP modules and ensure adherence to company processes.
- Provide basic training and support to employees on ERP functionalities.
- Maintain proper documentation of ERP processes and issues.
- Assist in ERP implementation, testing, updates, and system improvements.

Required Skills

- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in ERP operations/support.
- Strong practical knowledge of Odoo, SAP, or Oracle.




- Candidates with hands-on experience in Odoo ERP will be highly preferred.
- Good understanding of ERP modules and business processes.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel, including data analysis and reporting.
- Positive analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work with multiple departments and handle user queries independently.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Applications, IT, Computer Science, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of relevant ERP experience is mandatory.
- Candidates with experience in a manufacturing/engineering industry will be preferred.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for a candidate who has actual hands-on working experience with Odoo, SAP, or Oracle, rather than only theoretical knowledge or basic exposure to ERP software.

Candidates with strong Odoo experience and knowledge of manufacturing-related ERP processes will be given preference.
