Job Summary

We are hiring a Python & AI/ML Trainer to deliver our Python Full Stack and Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning programs. You will teach students Python webdevelopment — Django, REST APIs, and front-end with React — along with the complete AI/ML journey: data analysis, machine learning, deep learning, and modern Gen AIapplications built with LLMs and RAG. Whether you are a bright fresher with strong project work or a professional with up to 2 years of experience, if you love teaching andcan make AI concepts simple and practical, we want to hear from you — structured trainer onboarding will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver engaging classroom and online training sessions in Python programming, OOP, and problem-solving fundamentals
- Teach front-end fundamentals — HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Bootstrap, and a modern framework such as React
- Train students in back-end web development using Django and Flask, including REST API design and authentication
- Cover databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL, MongoDB basics), ORM concepts, and writing efficient queries
- Teach data analysis and visualisation with NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, and Seaborn
- Cover statistics and mathematics for machine learning — probability, linear algebra, and hypothesis testing — in a beginner-friendly way




- Train students in machine learning with Scikit-learn — regression, classification, clustering, model evaluation, and feature engineering
- Teach deep learning with TensorFlow/Keras or PyTorch — neural networks, CNNs, RNNs, and transfer learning
- Cover NLP fundamentals and computer vision basics with hands-on projects
- Teach LLM application development in Python — OpenAI/Claude APIs, prompt engineering, and function/tool calling
- Deliver hands-on RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) modules — embeddings, vector databases (FAISS/Chroma/Pinecone), chunking, and retrieval pipelines with LangChain or LlamaIndex
- Guide students in building and deploying AI projects — chatbots, prediction systems, document-Q&A; apps — and in using Gen AI coding tools
- Teach Git/GitHub, industry development workflows, and deployment of web apps and ML models (Flask/FastAPI, Streamlit)
- Guide students through hands-on assignments, mini-projects, and end-to-end capstone projects
- Prepare and update course materials, lab exercises, assessments, and coding challenges in line with industry trends
- Mentor students on resume building, portfolio projects, Kaggle participation, and technical interview preparation
- Evaluate student progress, run doubt-clearing sessions, and support academy demos, workshops, and seminars
