Perform functional, regression, and integration testing for Salesforce applications Validate Salesforce modules such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom components Work closely with business teams to understand automotive workflows (dealer management, vehicle lifecycle, service operations) Design and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test data preparation Identify, log, and track defects using tools like JIRA/ALM Support UAT cycles and ensure timely defect closure Validate system integrations between Salesforce and other automotive systems (DMS, ERP,
etc.) Ensure adherence to QA processes, standards, and reporting metrics Required Skills Robust experience in Salesforce testing (mandatory) Knowledge of Salesforce modules: Sales Cloud / Service Cloud Experience in manual testing and defect lifecycle management Understanding of API/integration testing Hands-on with tools like JIRA, HP ALM, TestRail Good understanding of STLC & Agile methodology Domain Requirements Exposure to Automotive domain (mandatory/preferred) Understanding of: Dealer Management Systems (DMS) Vehicle sales & service lifecycle After-sales/service processes Good to Have Experience with Salesforce automation testing tools (Provar, Selenium) Knowledge of SOQL queries Exposure to CI/CD pipelines Basic understanding of cloud platforms Soft Skills Strong communication and stakeholder management Ability to work in client-facing environment (TML) Analytical mindset with attention to detail Ability to handle multiple priorities and timelines
