Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our hospital team. You will manage all HR activities including hiring, training, payroll, staff support, and improving HR policies.

Key Responsibilities

- Hire and onboard doctors, nurses, and other staff
- Handle staff training and performance reviews
- Manage payroll and employee benefits
- Support doctors’ recruitment
- Solve employee concerns and maintain a positive work environment
- Make sure the hospital follows employment laws and HR policies
- Keep employee records and manage HR systems

Qualifications

- Master’s degree in Human Resource or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of HR experience, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting
- Good at hiring and improving recruitment methods




- Experience in employee training and performance management
- Knowledge of employment laws and HR policies
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
