Support the contracts team by contacting all contractors weekly to ensure submittal of approved timesheets prior to payroll deadline Respond to queries relating to payroll, contracts and expenses, ensuring solutions and answers are given in an efficient, timely manner, liaising with internal teams where necessary Support Lead Contracts Coordinator where required with recruitment administration, escalating any serious or challenging issues to the Recruitment Delivery Manager for action or follow up Review and approve deliverables for all domestic and international Brands (short & long form) Serve as a point person for all Brands and their production companies for all questions related to the production portal
