We are looking for a hands-on Technical Lead with solid experience in RPA and automation development to join our Healthcare domain team.
The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with team leadership, driving end-to-end delivery of automation solutions while working closely with clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end delivery of RPA and automation projects
Manage and guide a team of 4–6 developers, ensuring quality and timely delivery
Participate in solution design, architecture, and technical discussions
Review code, workflows, and design documents to ensure best practices and standards
Work closely with pre-sales and delivery teams for requirement understanding and solutioning
Engage in client discussions, demos, and solution presentations
Identify automation opportunities and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Ensure adherence to delivery timelines, quality standards, and project KPIs

Must-Have Technical Skills:




Strong programming experience in Java, .Net, Python, or similar technologies
Minimum 2+ years of hands-on RPA development experience
(AutomationEdge / Automation Anywhere / Blue Prism / UiPath)
Good understanding of Core Java, J2EE, Web Services, APIs
Experience in building and managing automation workflows and integrations

Must-Have Non-Technical Skills:
Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
Proven experience in team handling (4–6 members)
Ability to take ownership and deliver in a client-facing environment
Strong problem-solving and multitasking ability

Good to Have:
Experience working with multiple RPA tools
Exposure to Healthcare domain (preferred)
Understanding of AI/Automation (Document AI, workflow automation)

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT or related field
Master’s / MBA preferred
