- Location: SEEPZ, Andheri
- Skills: Study and analyze product trends in international markets.
- Monitor competitor performance to maintain a competitive edge.
- Analyse project, product, and customer-specific business information.
- Risk assessment and mitigation strategies for product development projects.
- Assist in developing product promotion and business plans.
- Prepare monthly and annual design reports, and forward consolidated reports to GM Design / COE.
- Develop and maintain SOPs for smooth P.D. operations and monitor quality control across designing and sampling stages.
- Coordinate for customizing products as per customer requirements.
- Maintain customer-wise product design details and Ensure data security and confidentiality measures are in place.




- Coordinate for Master Models and perform final checks.
- Monitor the preparation, output, and rectification of CAD files.
- Manage and Allocate jobs to Designers and executives based on skill levels.
- Train internal teams on current concepts by fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the department.
- Facilitate cross-departmental collaborations for holistic product development.
- Educational Qualifications: UG/Graduation
- Experience: Minimum 4 years’ experience in a similar role
