Job Summary

Awish Derma Care Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced HR Trainer to join the Human Resources team. The selected candidate will be responsible for planning, delivering, and evaluating employee training programs to support onboarding, skill development, and organizational learning initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and deliver training programs for new and existing employees.
- Conduct employee induction and onboarding sessions.
- Identify training needs through performance reviews, departmental feedback, and business requirements.
- Develop training materials, presentations, manuals, and learning resources.
- Conduct training on communication, customer service, soft skills, behavioral skills, compliance, and leadership development.
- Coordinate with department heads to develop role-specific learning programs.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
- Maintain training records, attendance reports, and documentation.
- Support employee engagement, performance improvement, and learning initiatives.
- Ensure training programs comply with company policies and applicable regulations.
- Stay updated on current learning and development practices and training methods.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Education,



or a related field.
- MBA (HR), Master's degree, or certification in Learning & Development is preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in corporate training, Learning & Development, or HR training.
- Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
- Ability to design and deliver effective learning programs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word).
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to evaluate training outcomes and recommend improvements.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in the skincare, cosmetics, healthcare, pharmaceutical, FMCG, or retail industry.
- Knowledge of performance management and employee development practices.
- Certification in Learning Management Systems (LMS), Instructional Design, or Training & Development is preferred.

Salary

₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Salary will be based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and relevant experience.

Work Schedule

- Full time
- 6 days per week
- Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Weekly Off: Rotational
