Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various client requirements. Freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for recruitment are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand Job Descriptions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and references.
- Screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews.
- Schedule interviews.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain candidate records in the ATS/CRM.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate database.

Eligibility

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Fresher to 2 years of recruitment or HR experience.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet).
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Preferred Skills

- Good communication in Hindi and English (Gujarati is an advantage).
- Robust convincing and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Quick learner with a proactive approach.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
