About the Role

Portea is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Telesales Executives to connect with prospective customers, understand their healthcare needs, and promote suitable Portea services through outbound calls while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate healthcare services.
- Generate leads and convert inquiries into successful sales.
- Follow up with customers and maintain regular communication.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate customer interaction records in the CRM system.
- Resolve customer queries promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Eligibility CriteriaMandatory Requirements

- Mandatory:



Proficiency in English and Hindi; any South Indian language is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid sales aptitude with a customer-centric approach.
- Basic computer knowledge.

Preferred Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Prior experience in Telesales, Inside Sales, Customer Support, or BPO is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Shift & Work Schedule

- Shift Duration: 8 hours
- Weekly Off: Rotational (no fixed weekly off)
