Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Coordinator with 3–5 years of experience to manage and optimize our supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating shipments, managing transportation vendors, ensuring timely deliveries, and maintaining accurate logistics documentation. This role requires strong organizational skills, vendor management capabilities, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate domestic and/or international shipments from origin to destination.

Plan and monitor inbound and outbound logistics operations.

Liaise with transporters, freight forwarders, clearing agents, and warehouse teams.

Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of goods while minimizing costs.

Prepare and manage shipping documentation (invoices, e-way bills, delivery challans, LR copies, etc.).

Track shipments and proactively resolve delays or issues.

Monitor inventory movement and coordinate with warehouse teams.





Negotiate freight rates and maintain strong relationships with logistics vendors.

Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.

Maintain accurate MIS reports related to dispatch, transportation cost, and delivery timelines.

Coordinate with internal departments such as procurement, sales, and finance.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of transportation management and supply chain processes.

Experience in handling logistics documentation and compliance.

Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Tally, or similar).

Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.

Good negotiation and vendor management skills.

Strong problem-solving and coordination abilities.

Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.

Certification in Logistics/Supply Chain (preferred but not mandatory).
