About the Role

Roots Technology is looking for a confident and enthusiastic telecaller to connect with prospective clients, generate leads, and promote our Research & Writing Services, Website Development, Mobile App Development, and IT Solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential clients.
- Explain company services and generate leads.
- Follow up with interested prospects.
- Maintain call records and customer information.
- Coordinate with the sales team to close opportunities.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.

Requirements

- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Good persuasion and interpersonal skills.




- Basic computer and MS Office knowledge.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Freshers with solid communication skills are encouraged to apply.
