Balu Design Team is seeking a professional, personable, and highly organized Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front office operations, greeting guests, handling incoming calls, emails, and WhatsApp inquiries, scheduling appointments, maintaining office records, and providing administrative support to the design team. The successful candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a positive and customer-focused attitude, solid organizational abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly MS Word and MS Excel. The ability to multitask, maintain confidentiality, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment is essential.looking only married women
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
