Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused and enthusiastic Customer Sales Associate with experience in the jewellery retail industry. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong sales ability, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and understand their jewellery requirements.
- Assist customers in selecting gold, diamond, silver, platinum, and gemstone jewellery.
- Explain product features, pricing, quality, certifications, and making charges.
- Build strong customer relationships and provide a premium shopping experience.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Cross-sell and upsell jewellery collections and accessories.
- Handle billing coordination, product demonstrations, and customer queries.
- Maintain attractive product displays and showroom cleanliness.
- Ensure proper handling and security of jewellery inventory.
- Support stock audits, inventory management, and store operations.
- Follow company policies, SOPs, and customer service standards.

- Knowledge of gold, diamond, and precious jewellery products.

Eligibility

- Minimum Graduate (preferred).
- 1–5 years of experience in jewellery retail sales is mandatory.
- Experience with brands such as Tanishq, CaratLane, Kalyan Jewellers, Malabar Gold & Diamonds, Joyalukkas, Reliance Jewels, ORRA, Senco Gold, TBZ, PNG Jewellers, or similar jewellery retailers is preferred.
- Willingness to work on weekends, public holidays, and rotational shifts.
