Field Fundraising Coordinator

Location: Nanded, Maharashtra
Salary: Up to ₹35,000 per month
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Week Off: Rotational Off

Job Summary

Utkarsh Global Foundation is looking for a passionate and result-oriented Field Fundraising Coordinator to lead fundraising initiatives and build meaningful relationships with donors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and executing field fundraising campaigns, promoting the organization's social impact initiatives, and achieving fundraising targets through effective donor engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and execute field fundraising campaigns for NGO initiatives.
- Connect with individuals, local businesses, and corporate representatives to generate fundraising support.
- Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential donors.
- Promote the organization's campaigns and create awareness about its social impact initiatives.
- Coordinate with field executives and volunteers during fundraising drives.
- Plan and manage on-ground fundraising activities across assigned locations.
- Maintain accurate donor records and prepare daily fundraising reports.




- Follow up with prospective and existing donors to strengthen engagement and encourage continued support.
- Represent the organization professionally at fundraising events and field activities.
- Work closely with the internal team to achieve monthly fundraising goals and targets.

Requirements

- Comfortable with extensive field visits and local travel.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Target-oriented with confidence in interacting with donors and stakeholders.
- Passionate about social impact, community engagement, and NGO work.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with the team.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and reporting is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Previous experience in field fundraising, sales, business development, NGO operations, or community outreach will be preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in the social sector may also apply.
