Roles & Responsibility

- Collect, analyse, and interpret data from various internal systems and sources to generate comprehensive reports.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on key performance indicators (KPIs), sales, claims inventory, and other operational data.
- Maintain and update databases and ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Monitor data entry to ensure consistency and prevent errors.
- Create ad-hoc reports and provide actionable insights for senior management as needed.
- Develop and manage reporting systems for various departments (e.g. Risk & Underwritings, Reinsurers & Operations).
- Identify trends and provide recommendations to optimize business processes and Claims performance.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of dashboards to monitor critical metrics in real-time.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and help with data-driven decision-making.





Support audits and ensure compliance with data governance and privacy standards

Requirements

- Graduate in any stream
- Proven experience (2-3 years) in an MIS, data analysis, or reporting role, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced skills), including pivot tables, v-lookups, and complex formulas.
- Experience with reporting and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, AWS or similar).
- Familiarity with SQL or other database management tools.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Knowledge of data visualization tools and techniques.
- Experience in creating automated reports and dashboards.
- Certification in data analysis, business intelligence, or related areas.
