Telecaller – Australia Migration & Registration Services

Role Overview
YESTE is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Telecaller to engage with prospective clients interested in migrating to Australia. The role involves contacting leads, understanding their profile and migration goals, providing basic information about migration and professional registration pathways, and scheduling consultations with Migration Counsellors.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact and follow up with inbound and outbound leads.
- Understand candidates' education, work experience, occupation, and migration objectives.
- Provide basic information on Australia migration pathways and qualified registration requirements.
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments with Migration Counsellors.
- Follow up with prospective clients to improve consultation attendance and conversions.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM.
- Coordinate with counsellors and sales teams to ensure seamless lead handover.
- Achieve daily, weekly,
and monthly call and appointment targets.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, counselling support, immigration, education, or healthcare recruitment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and follow-up abilities.
- Comfortable working with targets and CRM systems.
- Experience handling migration, overseas education, healthcare, or recruitment leads will be an advantage.
