Job Title: Senior Executive – Air Export (Operations & Business Development)
Department: Air Freight – Export
Experience Required: Minimum 3-4 Years

Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Executive – Air Export with strong experience in air export operations along with the ability to support and grow the business. The candidate should be well-versed in end-to-end air export processes, pricing, customer service, and overseas coordination, and should actively contribute to expanding the Air Export department.

Key ResponsibilitiesAir Export Operations

- Handle end-to-end air export operations from booking to final departure.
- Prepare and manage all export documentation including MAWB, HAWB, shipping bills, and related documents.
- Coordinate with airlines, airport terminals, CHA, transporters, and warehouses.
- Strong knowledge of Airport Terminal Charges, airline procedures, and cut-off timelines.
- File and manage AMS / Advance Manifest filings as required.
- Ensure compliance with airline, customs, and regulatory requirements.
- Handle overseas agent communication for bookings, confirmations, and shipments.

Pricing & Coordination

- Prepare air export quotations for customers and overseas agents.
- Negotiate rates with airlines and overseas partners.
- Coordinate closely with internal pricing, sales, and operations teams.

Customer Service





- Act as the single point of contact for key customers.
- Provide regular shipment updates and handle customer queries efficiently.
- Maintain and submit all DSRs (Daily Status Reports) accurately and on time.
- Ensure high service quality and customer satisfaction.

Business Development Support

- Manage and grow existing customer accounts.
- Bring in own business / customer relationships to support growth of the Air Export department.
- Identify new business opportunities in air exports.
- Support management in achieving departmental revenue and volume targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Air Export Freight Forwarding.
- Solid knowledge of pricing, operations, documentation, and customer service.
- Hands-on experience with MAWB, HAWB, AMS, airline handling, and overseas agents.
- Good understanding of air freight market trends and airline networks.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to handle work independently and manage multiple shipments.
- Business-oriented mindset with focus on growth.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
