- Lead and support the front-of-house team to deliver a warm, welcoming, and memorable guest experience.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day restaurant operations and guide the team during busy service hours.
- Build strong relationships with guests by providing attentive service and handling special requests with care.
- Address guest feedback and resolve concerns promptly to ensure complete guest satisfaction.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, grooming, table setup, and overall service quality.
- Train, coach, and motivate team members to help them grow and perform at their best.
- Oversee reservations, billing, and daily operational tasks to ensure everything runs efficiently.
- Follow and uphold company SOPs while creating a positive and professional work environment.
- Bring 2–5 years of restaurant or hospitality experience with robust leadership and communication skills.
- HSC (12th Pass) is mandatory; a Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management is preferred. Candidates should be comfortable working rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: ₹27,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
