Cook – Bengali & Chinese Cuisine

Location: Tajpur, West Bengal

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Cook specializing in Bengali and Chinese cuisine to join our hotel in Tajpur, West Bengal.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook authentic Bengali and Chinese dishes.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety in the kitchen.
- Manage food preparation, storage, and stock efficiently.
- Work effectively with the kitchen team to provide excellent service.

Requirements

- Proven experience as a cook specializing in Bengali and Chinese cuisine.
- Good knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hotel environment.
- Reliable, hardworking, and able to work as part of a team.

Salary: Competitive, based on experience.
