Key Responsibilities

- Accurate data entry of production and quality records
- Maintain daily inward and outward register for all vehicles (trucks, tempos, etc.)
- Record all goods/materials entering and exiting the factory




- Assist in gate entry documentation and factory-level data logs
- Maintain labour attendance records, including in/out timing and daily headcount
- Track overtime hours, shift-wise strength, and maintain registers accordingly
- Assist in preparing daily and monthly MIS reports as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all registers and documents
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality of all data maintained

Qualifications & Requirements

- 1–2 years of experience in data entry, preferably in a manufacturing or factory environment
- Experience in maintaining labour attendance, vehicle records, and factory registers
- Good typing speed with accuracy
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and basic computer use
- Responsible, punctual, and detail-oriented mindset
- Ability to manage records indep
