Seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to lead a team of 3–4 professionals while planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to drive leads, traffic, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and manage digital marketing strategies across Google Ads, Social Media, SEO, Content Marketing, Email Marketing, and Marketing Automation while maximizing ROI and campaign performance.
- Lead, mentor, and monitor a team of 3–4 executives/interns, ensuring timely project delivery, productivity, and achievement of KPIs.
- Track and analyze marketing performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Search Console, and prepare regular reports for management.
- Drive lead generation, identify growth opportunities, and improve website traffic, engagement, and conversion rates.





Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience with SEO, SEM, PPC, Social Media Advertising, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and WordPress or similar platforms.

KPIs

Lead generation, campaign ROI/ROAS, website traffic and conversion growth, SEO performance, and team productivity.

Reporting To: Marketing Manager / Head of Marketing | Team Size: 3–4 members

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
