- Assisted in the development and implementation of age-appropriate lesson plans and activities that promote physical, emotional, and social development for children aged 2-5 years.
- Supervised and engaged with children during playtime, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment while fostering positive interactions among peers.
- Collaborated with senior teachers to maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
- Communicated effectively with parents and guardians regarding children’s progress, behavior, and daily activities, building strong relationships to support family engagement.
- Monitored and documented children’s developmental milestones and behaviors, providing feedback and recommendations for individualized support.
- Participated in staff meetings and career development workshops to enhance teaching skills and stay updated on best practices in early childhood education.
- Assisted with daily routines, including meal preparation, diaper changing, and nap time, ensuring the health and well-being of all children in care.
