- Manage room reservations through phone calls, emails, travel agents, OTAs, and the hotel website.
- Ensure all reservations are entered accurately into the Property Management System (PMS).
- Monitor room availability, occupancy, and inventory to optimize room sales and revenue.
- Coordinate closely with the Front Office, Sales & Marketing, Revenue Management, and Housekeeping departments regarding arrivals, departures, VIP guests, and special requests.
- Upsell room categories, packages, and resort services to maximize revenue.
- Handle reservation modifications, cancellations, no-shows, and waitlists in accordance with hotel policies.
- Prepare daily reservation reports, arrival lists, occupancy forecasts, and booking summaries.
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries while maintaining high service standards.
- Ensure all booking details, payment information, and guest profiles are accurate and up to date.




- Maintain solid relationships with travel agents, corporate clients, and online booking partners.
- Monitor OTA extranets, update room availability where applicable, and resolve booking discrepancies.
- Follow up on pending reservations, deposits, confirmations, and guarantee requirements.
- Assist in implementing promotional offers and seasonal packages.
- Handle guest complaints related to reservations professionally and coordinate timely resolutions.
- Maintain confidentiality of guest information and comply with hotel policies and procedures.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
