- Oversee daily apartment facility operations.
- Manage housekeeping, security, technical, and horticulture teams.
- Ensure preventive and breakdown maintenance of MEP systems.
- Handle resident complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Monitor vendor performance and AMC compliance.
- Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits.
- Ensure statutory, fire, and EHS compliance.
- Prepare daily and monthly operational reports.
- Control operational expenses and maintain budgets.
- Coordinate with the Residents' Association (RWA) and management.
- Maintain high service standards and resident satisfaction.
- Manage manpower planning, attendance, and team performance.
