- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good convincing and counseling abilities
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/Google Workspace)
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment

Key Responsibilities

- Handle admission enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and walk-ins
- Counsel prospective students about courses and admission procedures
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into admissions
- Maintain accurate student records and CRM data
- Coordinate with the academic team to ensure a smooth admission process
- Build and maintain valuable relationships with students and parents
