Operations Intern

Location: Netaji Subhash Place (NSP), Delhi
Stipend: ₹15,000 per month

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Intern to join our commodity trading team. This internship offers hands-on exposure to trading operations, supply chain coordination, vendor management, and business processes. You'll work closely with suppliers, buyers, transporters, and internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with suppliers, buyers, transporters, and warehouse teams.
- Track orders, deliveries, dispatches, and payment status.
- Maintain accurate MIS reports and Excel trackers.
- Prepare and organize invoices, purchase orders, and other operational documents.
- Support inventory and logistics coordination.
- Follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely execution of transactions.
- Assist in resolving operational issues and maintaining smooth workflow.
- Perform day-to-day administrative and operational tasks.

Requirements





- Bachelor's degree (Commerce preferred) or final-year student.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Eagerness to learn and work in a fast-paced workplace.
- Prior exposure to operations, logistics, trading, supply chain, or finance is a plus.
