Job Purpose
To manage performance-linked payouts for Relationship Managers, Sales Officers, and off-role staff, ensuring timely and accurate execution at a Pan-India level for the Transportation and Infrastructure Finance Group.
Key Responsibilities
Performance Linked Pay
Prepare and obtain signoff on product-specific payouts.
Coordinate with internal teams for timely payout release.
Prepare deviation notes and obtain approvals for exceptions.
Ensure system changes for payout process automation.
Maintain master reports for senior management review.
Digital Integration
Automate systems and manual processes.
Enhance existing systems and processes.
Gather feedback and develop user-friendly modules.
Qualitative & Others
Drive process improvements and innovation with support teams.
Provide senior management reporting and administrative support.
Monitor, streamline, and recommend corrective actions.
Stakeholder Management
Coordinate with Sales, MIS, Operations, and Payout teams.
Liaise with IT and BTG for automation and technical support.
Education:
Graduation or Post-Graduation.
