Job description:

Key Responsibilities

- Handle complete freight documentation and transportation coordination.
- Coordinate with transporters/vendors for timely submission of PODs, LRs/Bilties, invoices, and other transport documents.
- Verify freight-related documents before forwarding them for payment processing.
- Perform Tally entries for freight bills, purchase vouchers, journal vouchers, and other accounting transactions.
- Coordinate with the Accounts team for timely freight bill processing and payment.
- Verify LR copies, PODs, e-way bills, invoices, and transporter bills for discrepancies.
- Follow up with transporters for pending PODs and incomplete documentation.
- Maintain proper records and filing of freight documents.
- Resolve documentation and billing issues with transport vendors.
- Track pending freight transactions and ensure timely closure.




- Prepare freight status, pending POD, and reconciliation reports.
- Assist in month-end freight reconciliation and documentation.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Qualification: B.Com/M.Com preferred.
- Experience: 2–4 years in Logistics, Freight Documentation, Transport Billing, or Accounts.
- Software: Tally Prime, MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table), MS Office.
- Knowledge: LR/Bilty, POD, E-way Bill, Freight Billing, Transport Documentation, Basic Accounting, GST basics.
- Strong communication and vendor coordination skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
