Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and organized Dental Clinic Manager to oversee daily operations at our dental clinic. The ideal candidate will manage patient flow, patient communication, schedule appointments, coordinate with dental labs, maintain inventory, and assist in preparing reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage patient appointments and ensure smooth patient flow
- Coordinate with dental laboratories for case follow-ups and timely delivery
- Maintain and monitor clinic inventory and stock levels
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports
- Support the dental team in delivering excellent patient care
- Ensure cleanliness, compliance, and clinic readiness at all times
Qualifications:
- Minimum Qualification: BDS (Bachelor of Dental Surgery)
- Experience: Freshers are welcome to apply
Skills:
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, scheduling software)
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced workplace
