Role Overview
We are looking for motivated pharmaceutical sales professionals who can drive prescription growth, build strong doctor and trade relationships, and contribute to business expansion in a launching territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets and drive territory growth
- Generate prescriptions through doctor calls and scientific product detailing
- Build solid relationships with doctors, chemists, stockists, and distributors
- Ensure product availability and market coverage
- Execute promotional campaigns and CMEs
- Submit DCRs and reports on time
- Track competitor activities and identify new business opportunities
- Organize doctor meetings and follow ethical sales practices
Mandatory Requirements:
- Must be a local candidate of the respective headquarters
- Well-versed in the pharmaceutical sales process
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Willing to work in a launching territory
- Willing to travel extensively
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Quick learner with a growth mindset
Qualification:
- B.Pharm or B.Sc. is mandatory
Experience:
- Minimum 1–2 years of continuous experience in pharmaceutical sales
- General Therapy segment exposure is mandatory
