We are looking for an experienced QAD Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in QAD ERP, Progress 4GL/OpenEdge development, and functional knowledge across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Finance modules.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Develop, customize, and maintain QAD applications and reports.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in QAD ERP and Progress 4GL/OpenEdge applications.
- Support data migration, system enhancements, and upgrades.
- Configure and optimize Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Finance processes.
- Design and execute integrations with external systems using APIs, EDI, and XML.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), deployment activities, and end-user training.
- Provide post-implementation support and ongoing system maintenance.

Required Skills

- 5+ years of experience in QAD ERP (2008 SE/2009 SE or later).




- Strong programming skills in Progress 4GL/OpenEdge.
- Experience with QAD Data Migration, database structures, and schema management.
- Hands-on experience in QAD EDI (Inbound/Outbound Transactions).
- Knowledge of API programming and XML file processing.
- Experience with QAD reporting tools.
- Valuable understanding of Linux/Unix operating systems.
- Strong knowledge of:
- Manufacturing
- Supply Chain (Sales & Purchasing)
- Finance (AR/AP)

Preferred Skills

- Experience with RF Eagle.
- Exposure to AVD/AVS/Cloud environments.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
