Job Summary
Funrider's Leisure & Amusement Pvt Ltd is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle — from sourcing candidates to onboarding — while ensuring a smooth and positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding
- Understand hiring requirements by coordinating closely with department heads
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other channels
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
- Schedule and coordinate technical and final round interviews
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
- Follow up with candidates at every stage of the hiring process
- Prepare offer letters and support salary negotiations
- Coordinate pre-joining formalities and onboarding activities
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey
- Meet monthly hiring targets within specified timelines
- Stay updated on recruitment trends and best practices
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Solid understanding of recruitment processes and interview techniques
- Hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Ability to source for multiple open roles simultaneously
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and recruitment tracking tools (ATS)
- Ability to work independently under tight deadlines
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- MBA/PGDM in HR is an added advantage
- 1–2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
