We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Territory Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. Based in Akola, this role is crucial for driving sales growth, expanding our customer base, and maintaining robust client relationships within the assigned territory. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a proven track record in field sales, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the local market dynamics in Akola.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base within the Akola territory.
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and offering appropriate solutions.




- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, effectively communicating value propositions.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Regularly visit existing clients to ensure satisfaction, identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities, and resolve any issues.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new sales opportunities and adapt sales strategies.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and activity plans to management.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, customer service) to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry developments, and sales techniques.
- Manage and update customer information and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and local business gatherings to promote products/services.
