We are seeking a results-driven and highly organized Site Supervisor, with minimum 10 years of experience in civil construction of institutional, residential or commercial buildings, to oversee our civil construction projects. You will be the primary lead on-site, ensuring that projects are completed safely, on time, and according to technical specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Oversight: Supervise all on-site activities to ensure work aligns perfectly with architectural blueprints and structural drawings.
- Labor Management: Lead and coordinate site foremen, skilled masons, and laborers to maintain high daily productivity.
- Material Logistics: Forecast and track inventory (TMT bars, cement, aggregates) to ensure zero downtime due to shortages.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inspections of concrete mix, brickwork, and reinforcement to meet structural integrity standards.
- Safety Leadership:
Enforce 100% adherence to safety protocols and PPE requirements for everyone in office.
- Documentation: Maintain the Daily Progress Report (DPR), material logs, and incident reports.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or B.Tech in Civil Engineering (or substantial equivalent on-site experience).
- Proven experience as a Supervisor in residential or commercial building projects.
- Expertise in reading and interpreting complex structural and technical drawings.
- Proficiency in site measurement, layout marking, and leveling tools.
- Strong communication skills to manage diverse crews and sub-contractors effectively.
