We are urgently hiring a professional and customer-focused Visa Counsellor to assist clients with study, work, tourist, and PR visa applications. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong knowledge of visa processes, and the ability to guide clients throughout their application journey. Candidates with prior experience in visa counselling or immigration are preferred.

- Counsel clients regarding study, tourist, work, PR, and other visa options.
- Assess client profiles and recommend suitable visa pathways.
- Guide clients on documentation and application requirements.
- Follow up with prospective clients and convert enquiries into admissions or visa applications.
- Coordinate with documentation and processing teams.
- Maintain accurate client records and CRM updates.
- Ensure high standards of customer service throughout the process.

Requirements





- Experience in visa counselling or the immigration industry preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and counselling abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM).
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Graduate in any discipline preferred.
