Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to oversee the financial operations of our 2-wheeler dealership. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing accounting processes, ensuring statutory compliance, preparing financial reports, monitoring cash flow, and supporting business decision-making through accurate financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and Bank Reconciliation.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports.
- Monitor dealership cash flow, expenses, and profitability.
- Ensure timely GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.
- Handle vendor payments, customer receipts, and ledger reconciliations.
- Supervise billing, invoicing, and accounting documentation.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities during audits and financial reviews.
- Maintain accurate financial records in accounting software (Tally ERP/Tally Prime, SAP, or similar ERP systems).
- Monitor inventory accounting and reconcile vehicle, spare parts, and accessories stock with accounts.
- Prepare and analyze budgets, forecasts, and financial reports for management.




- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise the accounts team while ensuring timely completion of tasks.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Finance, or Accounting.
- CA Inter, MBA (Finance), CMA, or equivalent qualification will be an added advantage.
- 5–8 years of accounting experience, preferably in an automobile dealership or automotive industry.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, financial reporting, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in Tally Prime, MS Excel, and ERP software.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in dealership accounting and automotive financial operations.
- Knowledge of inventory and dealership management systems (DMS).
- Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, financial reporting).
- Ability to work under deadlines with high accuracy.
- Team management and stakeholder coordination skills.
