Job Summary

GTPL is seeking an experienced Executive / Sr. Executive – Business Development to expand its Staffing, Recruitment, and Workforce Management Services business. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in client acquisition, IT/Non-IT staffing sales, and developing long-term relationships with corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities for Staffing and Recruitment Services.
- Acquire new corporate clients for IT and Non-IT hiring requirements.
- Promote Permanent Staffing, Contract Staffing, Executive Search, and Workforce Management solutions.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and requirement gathering sessions.
- Prepare proposals, commercial agreements, and service presentations.
- Coordinate with Recruitment and Delivery teams to ensure timely closures.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close staffing agreements.
- Track market trends and identify new business opportunities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
