We are seeking a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our real estate marketing team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective customers, explaining project details, generating qualified leads, scheduling site visits, and supporting the sales team in achieving business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Explain project details and answer customer queries.
- Generate and qualify sales leads.
- Schedule site visits for interested customers.
- Follow up regularly with prospects to maximize conversions.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead handover and updates.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in English and Kannada (Hindi/Telugu is an added advantage).
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Good persuasion and customer handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.
