We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Territory Sales Officer to manage sales operations across State of West Bengal. The role will focus on achieving sales targets, expanding market reach, and actively developing new dealers and channel partners in the assigned territory. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the local market and proven experience in dealer network expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Identify, approach, and onboard new dealers and distributors to expand market presence
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners
- Conduct regular field visits to monitor sales performance, dealer satisfaction, and competitor activities
- Implement trade schemes and promotional activities effectively at the ground level
- Coordinate with supply chain and logistics to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Analyze territory performance and generate actionable reports
- Provide regular market insights and feedback to the management
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 2–5 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in Electric Vehicles , FMCG, Banking Collection, or B2B distribution
- Demonstrated success in developing current dealer/distributor networks
- In-depth knowledge of the Assam market (both Lower and Upper regions)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage field operations
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Willingness to travel extensively within the territory
